Review process

All proposed abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee using the following criteria: 

• Relevance to the conference theme: contribution to the conference theme and tracks;
• Originality and novelty: contribution to existing knowledge or novelty of knowledge application/utilization;
• Quality of the results: clarity, accuracy and robustness of inquiry approach and the results;
• Significance and impact: importance and potential impact of the research on the field.

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their submission by February 15, 2027.

All accepted abstracts will be included in an ISBN-published Book of Abstracts.

The proposed sessions/workshops will be reviewed by the Organising Committee and proponents will be notified of acceptance  by February 15, 2027. The Committee reserves the right to cap submissions based on logistical limitations.
